NX12 comes out of the slow order in Housatonic and is about to make a couple cuts at the railroad location known as Rising.

NX12 carries on southbound after making a series of cuts at the railroad location known as "Rising." The Housatonic had a fairly long train this Sunday afternoon.

Today's NX11 was going the wrong way! The normally northbound train was traversing the many crossings on River Road in West Cornwall, CT southbound with only three cars in tow.

A clipper type system continues to dump a light snow over portions of New England as the Sunday Canaan to Pittsfield turn job, NX-13X, kicks up a little snow on the outskirts of Great Barrington.

After switching the cement plant a Housatonic local backs down to the engine facility past the former New Haven depot in greater Canaan,CT.

An HRRC crew spent a Sunday afternoon switching out the James E. Strates carnival train consist near the Danbury Fair Mall. Empty JESX flat cars can be seen on the siding in the background.
