FEC 224 with two SD70M-2's something pretty much unheard of until the recent power shifts that have put these big motors on 123/224. A beautiful mild morning in east central Florida.
FEC 224 has been getting an SD70M-2 regularly for about a week now. Word is that 224 / 123 will have an SD70M-2 leader at least for a while. Crossing the marshes in St. Augustine.

After 4 months of drought we got pummeled with 7 inches of rain in 12 hours. Some of those tropical downpours douse FEC 210 in Bunnell, wind whipped rain actually glancing off the train.

On the edge of a hurricane the first rain squalls from Hurricane Sandy brush into Bunnell as FEC 101 blasts through. The storm was more wind than rain but did not disrupt the FEC.
