Boston & Maine GP9 1707 leads the way with Hillsboro Branch local freight NA-1 out of Nashua, NH, as it heads west through South Merrimack, NH, on a perfect late summer morning.

With the derailed hoppers uprighted, the crew of NA-1 backs MEC 507 with two empties and one load into Hendrix Wire for unloading. The empties will be taken back to Nashua.
