BN Cascade green SD40-2 8037, a BNSF H1 SD40-2, an EMDX GP38-2 and two more BNSF H1 SD40-2's are at a crawling speed through Ransom.

The evening's CHI102 Local heads west with a very nice lash-up. In charge is BNSF H1 GP38 2357, followed by two more BNSF H1 Geeps and a Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP35.

BN Cascade green SD40-2 7837, a second BN Cascade green SD40-2 and a Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP39-2 lead today's CHI102 local through Coal City.

Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP38 2229, Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP35 2507 and a BNSF new logoed GP38-2 head west through Lockport with the CHI102 local. It's another great lash-up for the 102!

Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP30 2416, a BN Cascade green GP15-1, an EMDX GP38-2 and a new logoed GP38-2 (rebuilt from a GP35) make for a colorful lash-up on this evening's CHI102!

The engineer of Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP30 2408 puts the hammer down through Joliet as he leads a second Santa Fe Bluebonnet GP30 and an EMDX GP38-2 on L-CHI102.

Despite the intense heat, I stopped by Lockport for a short while. Just as I was about to leave, the CHI102 local came into sight with this nice lash-up.
