Though it's been around 11 years, this is my first time catching the Phase IV Heritage. Looking closely, it's had a lot of touchup work on the nose, but still in good condition at first glance.

I'm old enough to be alive during Phase II paint, but not old enough to remember it. Glad Amtrak brought back a little bit of their history.
