A Yreka Western freight train arrives at Montague, site of YW's interchange with Southern Pacific on the Siskiyou Line.

Its work done for the day, Yreka Western 21 climbs out of the Shasta Valley as it rolls home to the enginehouse.

Former Army motor, built in 1951, served in South Korea and was also used to haul Titan Missiles with it's sister (see ID 453047). Now on loan to FNOR from Kirby Farms.
