Commuters looking over their ride home as 303 arrives at Alexandria

The sun has set, but a little residual light remains as 307 departs for Fredericksburg
A family with child await a southbound Regional train on the day before Christmas. These passengers are headed to Richmond Virginia; so they will be home for Christmas.
Locomotives: RFP 137(GP35), RFP 127(GP40), RFP 121(GP40), and RFP 1007(E8A). All RF&P odd numbered road diesels and faced south. Obviously this was a NB train.

With its exhaust stacks capped, #6 sits outside of PY's yard office. After years of working Pot Yard, #6 ended up going north to work for the Patapsco & Back River.
