Around 11 am Connecticut Southern was heading south down Amtrak's Springfield Line when it derailed about 4 cars.
Slack ran in and the wheel fell off as it jumped the frog. Track 3 was still operational as Amtrak P42s cleared by less than a foot. Check #111597.
