Glowing Glasgow: NS 1072, the Illinois Terminal unit, charges south through the small town of Glasgow, Virginia, located about 45 miles north of Roanoke, VA on a warm April afternoon.

Seen from a railfan platform built by Virginia Tech students, NS 126 crosses over the New River just before Radford yard where it will have a 15 car pick up.

NS 126 makes its way east through Wytheville, VA with a BNSF EMD SD70MACe leader.

BNSF 9730 leads NS 126 through the signal at Crockett in Crockett, VA along the Pulaski district.
