For Railroad Daze at Franklin Park Illinois, one of Metra’s new SD70MACH locomotives powers the special from track 4 to 3 before reversing back to Western Ave Yard.

Seen from above the Clybourn Metra station on the northwest side of downtown Chicago, Metra’s CNW inspired locomotive rounds into the station stop with a UP-NW trainset in tow.

Metra 207 and 184 lead an outbound train into New Lenox Station. Due to track work on the CN Matteson Sub, Metra trains terminate in New Lenox and the equipment moves to the yard.
