I had just arrived to set up for NS 212 when I caught 172 blowing his horn in Cornelia. So I rushed and was able to shoot a few shots of NS 172 scooting by CP Mount Airy.

In bitter cold, an Eastbound 172 passes a Westbound 205 at CP 285 on the Chicago mainline. The solo leader is sufficient power for today's short train.
