A Blue and Gold eases its' train through the brick canyons of the south side of Milwaukee.

One of the last StL&H SD40-2's leads a 487 up stockton hill in some faint sunlight. Sweet!

Oops! Northbound ICE did a belly-flop on the switches at Tower CK in Winona, requiring a day to clean up the mess and resulting in Amtrak detouring via BNSF between LaCrosse and St. Paul.

Glad I caught 487 with an ICE unit leading.

A trio of EMD SD40-2's leads a train bound for DME territory. Through the village of Wauwatosa. Having just worked in Milwaukee. The train will get a new crew in Portage Wi.

Although any EMD is a nice catch these days, I would have preferred the reverse order for this train!
