On a warm July 31st morning, BSOR crews work to finish building the Erie County fair train in the BSOR interchange yard, which is located in Tift St yard in Buffalo.
With the Erie County fair committee on board the front of the locomotive, BSOR 4212 proceeds slowly past the Buffalo Southerns shops and yard in Hamburg NY.
