D&E and TO & E are the same railroad for all practical purposes. Here a set to mixed powers is running light westbound. They'll soon cross the KCS main.
I shot this years ago on the other side when the unit was new.
Not often you find a wood products railroad that bought a GP-40 brand new or any railroad that has letters in the road number but this is Arkansas, a shortline treasure chest.
