Dakota & Iowa rock loads curves south with aggregate and rip-rap loads of Sioux Quartzite.

Our last shot of the chase and possibly the best, the Dakota & Iowa southbound rock train passes through some beautiful scenery in western Iowa.

An SD39, SD40-2 & GP20 kick up grain dust as they drag a rock train over Dakota & Iowa trackage. Luckily, he came in between grain trucks dumping at the elevator.
