SP 4809 with a flanger in tow has just turned on the balloon at Fulda and is now Eastbound out of Emigrant Gap over Donner Pass.
One of my favorite snow shots, I love how the ice and snow has covered both units!
The flanger clearly indicates the recent fierce storms over Donner as it returns from yet another run to clear the rails.
