Eastbound on the former Virginian, in route to Linwood, NC (via the ex-SOU at Hurt). Second unit is NS 7000, one of three GP40X's on the roster at the time.
C39-8s 8585 and 8651 head south on the Winston line at JK with grain on the head end and coal on the rear. This train has NS 8765 and NS 8612 on the rear, pusher symbol V42. Taken from Walnut Ave.... (more)
