NS GP22ECO #5901 brings up the rear of local C46 in Manor, PA. The local is passing a slow-moving 21V which just started to pull west after stopping for a Banner Test.
Only one of two on the Norfolk Southern roster. We were very lucky to see them on the CB60 local to Hollidaysburg. The straight track at Hollidaysburg is in perfect light in the dead of winter.
