A pair of Kansas City Southern EMD SD60s lead an eastbound Burlington Northern coal train at Hyannis while traveling through Nebraska’s Sand Hills on July 23, 1992.
KCS 723 and 724 made a rare appearance on sb BN coal load climbing the Palmer Divide. The KCS GE units (2000-series) show up in Colorado on rare occasions in 2005.
