D&R 18 was delivered to East St Louis Junction Railroad in October 1948, but it isn't nearly as venerable as the old locomotive shed at North Dardanelle, which - I believe - was demolished in 2019... (more)

The stack is capped but parts are scatttered all over the running boards and I don't think this one has run in a long time. BTW as of today, the only Arkansas S-1 unloaded by anybody.

D&R 18 sits under the Hwy 7 bridge, it appears to be stored.
