Freshly-painted Conrail EMD GP38 No. 7716 leads an eastbound vehicle train through Hudson Lake, Indiana, on a snowy February 25, 1990.

This rock train had come up the old SAL mail from Savannah and diverted onto the line to Augusta at the town of Fairfax. US 278 is good for a chase thru this area but watch the speed limits!
