A eastbound manifest heads to Cadiz to drop off it's load.
After cutting loose from the cars at the in the distances, BNSF 8600 heads down the exchange siding to make room for the AZRC power to enter the siding and shove back to the cars.
BNSF 8600 has just completed a car exchange with the Arizona and Califonia (ARZC) and is moving to the end of the siding to wait for its turn to take the main and head back to Barstow.
1980's GE technology vs. 1950's EMD technology, but they seem to be coexisting on the BNSF freight as it straddles Laclede's Landing, in front of the Predident Casino on the Admiral.
