I had just arrived. Had I heard I'd be there 7 years I might have laid down in front of it, but hey, it worked out. Unit is operated by contractor Cape Fear Railways.

Built in October of 1941, this WWII vet is a JLB Type 2 18 ton switcher; gasoline fueled and made 150 horsepower.
