Lucky sevens basks in the late day sun as it leads a manifest at Tunnel 2 on a hazy November afternoon.

Climbing out of the Narrows.

Dwarfed by the hills rising above Caliente, this BNSF manifest is descending into the southern end of the Narrows. It will soon be in the relatively flat Central Valley.

Approaching Ilmon and the Narrows, this train is about to start its assault of the Tehachapi Mountains.

Solid 2nd generation power is leading this manifest at Tunnel 2 late in the afternoon.
