The snow covered Alps seem very close to Innsbruck station. A 4030.3 EMU is seen on a local service. These units were built in 1956 and remained in service until 2003.
These RoLatrains (RoLa = Rollende Landstrasse = riding highway) form the major part of freight at the Brenner as Austria is a quite expensive country for trucks to pass.
