IC&E 6414, the City of Excelsior Springs, rolls over the Iowa River just south of New Albin, IA. The Iowa River is low now, but caused quite a few problems during the floods this summer.

Is that an Alco leading the regular merchandise train from St. Paul - Kansas City?
