A heavy burst of snow shrouds GEVO 512 as it leads the BICB towards Iowa City. 512 is the newest GEVO in the fleet and has been in service for about a month. Welcome to Iowa and winter!

The snow has stopped but it was just enough to make a nice powder to blow around. GEVO 512 speeds west kicking up a wake of snow on a overcast December day.

512 has put their train together and rolls past the ex-Rock Island Depot in Iowa City heading west.

GEVO 512 has uncoupled it's train and prepares to drop off the four GP38-2's and set out a few cars in the yard as the snow comes down.
