The fog has already burned off, but haze lingers in the mountains as MOPO rolls into the yard just before 10AM. Power for the MOPO consists of three GP40's, MEC 354, B&M 327, and B&M 332.

MEC 353 sits awaiting an assignment in the thick morning fog as two sets of GP9's get serviced.
