Having just emerged from the west end of the Howard St Tunnel, K059-28 enters Baileys Wye at HB, on a dreary Sunday morning in Baltimore.
Due to a crossing malfunction the CSX K048-25 with the NS 1074 Lackawanna Heritage Unit slowly comes to a stop to let the conductor get out and flag the crossing while the engines pass over it.
