Newly rebuilt Santa Fe 2955 helps push on the caboose of an eastbound intermodal train near the summit of Cajon Pass.
Nice looking example and probably the last ATSF of the type I'll ever post.
Here's a closeup of all that distinctive sheet metal work. I think I know the purpose of everything but that little squarish section of the snow hood just behind the cab.

Look to the left and you'll see the train they're pushing heading up to Sullivan's Curve taking the long way eastbound.
