Western Maryland Scenic hosted a Fireball Photo Experience featuring CSX 4621 (ex WM SD 40 7496) with some ballast and freight cars in tow.

C&O 1309 was out test running today. She looks good all stretched out. More testing and tightening up and she will be good as new.

1309 Driver being moved to be prepared for shipment.

Today another major componet of the 109 rebuild took place when the 109 was lifted off her drivers. Boiler work is proceeding and the tender is near completion.

Workers continue to remove parts from the boiler of the 1309. The 1309 will be a great addition to steam in the east once she is complete.
