That is very odd to see IC&E lead on the racetrack, but it is on BRC-GAL so it is no surprise rare power is on it, but IC&E is great. Nice snow shot!

Ya i think i know why: Because if you look very carefully the ICE SD40 is a former Conrail(ex Penn Central, ex ex Pennsylvania RR) SD40 sold off to helm and bought by the ICE
