I wonder if these are the rebuilt RS-3's which had EMD 567-series engines installed? The twin stacks look like they came from, say, an SW1200 and the twin cooling fans at the end of the long hood look like EMD fans as well, similar to maybe a GP-9 or so. At any rate, the body is still Alco and that's good enough for me!

You are correct, these are 2 of the 3 RS3m units formerly of Conrail all of which were Erie-Lackawanna when originally built. These two were operational or very close to it when they were purchased from the Maryland and Delaware line following its purchase by Carload Express and folding into the Delmarva Central Railroad in April 2025.
