The cab looks a bit like the angled cabs from the IC SW14 rebuilds.

The fuel tank, the outside edge of the frame (walkway edge), and the jacking pads look more in common with SW9/SW900's or SW1200's. The older NW2's, SW1's, and SW7's had a kind of a stepped walkway (frame) edge. I would wager that all above the deck is brand-new, including the cab.
