Since when did CSX start designating office car trains with a W prefix? They have always designated P in the past.

This was a special move from Mount Royal to the B&O Railroad museum for local and state officials along with CSX brass to see the completed tunnel. After a recrew at Mt Winans, it was re-symboled P001.....
