That's a good catch. Yours is probably the last decent photo of this engine.

Sad to see it cut up, but a lot of truth to “you can’t save them all”. As for myself, I would rather see a museum with a few relevant, well cared for pieces, rather than seeing every piece of anything they can get their hands on held on to forever as the entire collection rust away.

True but to hold on to a half dozen rusted out F units vs saving a rare bird doesn't make much sense either. I was fortunate enough to see it last year when visiting a friend.
