Looking at Google Maps the aerial view shows 3 circular and 2 square apparently concrete pad foundations on opposite side of tracks just ahead of where this train is, directly opposite the end of Oak Street; given they are very close to the tracks I wonder if there was some kind of loading/unloading structure there at one time.
