On this monitor it looks two-tone, that dark turquoise body with a blue on side sills and pilots.

Can't say for sure whether it runs or not. It was shut down when I was there, and every other photo I've seen of the unit was in the exact same spot...
There may be a bit of color difference between the body and the frame. I certainly didn't notice when I was there, and even now it's still hard to tell!

Am inclined-to agree that its frame/steps area appears-to-be more in the blue side of the spectrum, but regardless what a classic! Pre-WWII EMD SW w/the "2-stage taper" from the hood top to the cab front and arched windows in the latter - The Diesel Shop (ref.: https://www.thedieselshop.us/B&O.HTML) shows in blt. in Sept., 1940 (EMD #11089) and re#'d 8410 after C&O acquisition of "Bean-O" in 1962 (current # related-to retirement-from Chessie System).
