Those GE's were then less-than two years old approaching "scenic Bill" on that W/b (or N/b on the PRB line) coaless ("coal-S"). Never did care-for that "Zit(to) yeller" scheme, although when fresh it wasn't too hideous, and RR population there's fallen-off sum'mat given severe reduction in such movements (although BNSF has routed some priority trains through there of-late).
