Those were EF-4 class ?Joe motors” (nobody called ?em ?E-70’s”) on a W/b (possibly a ? 265 or an XW) departing the yard from S-of Milwaukee Ave. grade-crossing. Image ?posted? to TO claims was in June, 1973 (ref.: https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?11,6035595).
