The variety and amount of painting speaks to the time these locos sit unattended.

I was thinking the other day if these were Heritage Units would the vandals mess making a mockery of said units. This is downright wrong. Each of these units cost over $5000 to paint so vandals can have a field day making de gusted masterpieces of their work.

Collectively I suspect that the Vandals have the equivalent of $15K in rattle cans invested in the paint jobs - whether the rattle cans were purchased or stolen is a whole different question.
