I've never seen it, but I've heard it on the radio only a few times when I've been out. The DSP gave "with caution" orders with the permission to follow. This crew must not have got those orders though, lol!

I've seen this happen many times in Barberton, OH as soon as a long distance freight or unit train passes the local comes back out on the main. It occurs quite frequently since it is single track.
