What a great photo Craig. I think they should paint about five hundred loco's back to SP colors and then of coarse a hundred Rio Grande painted units. While were at it add some Frisco, WP, the Rock Island and the SP&S NP and Great Northern. Some of the old paint schemes of the old no longer around lines were great. Look at that super elevated curve with those piggybacker trailers into a lean on this stretch of track. This southbound looks amply powered for the scenic route that its on. What a catch Craig. Neat photo, there is very little freight traffic on this line anymore.
