Quite a bit of track material in place on the West Side of the tracks. Wonder what program is next?

I believe all of that is related to the 4th track project, and the Long Bridge project where they aim to get 4 tracks across the Potomac. The materials are sitting on where the siding used to be, now only being useable on the south end near the station.
