That also appears to be Cotton Belt GP20 #4135 hanging out behind CNW 814. Quite an interesting collections.

I thought the GP30 was a little too far east then I noticed the Cotton Belt GP20R #4135 behind it! Was the LV contracted to do engine work for these?
