Hmmmmm. I wonder why the Soo signs are painted with black a SD40 an the GP 38-2 unit uses red paint. Perhap's there was a paint shortage due to tarrifs that year. I like this photo with the mty Illinois Central Gulfs orange 50 ' ft. boxcar. Looks to be a interesting place to set up camp for a day an watch some trains run by. You just never know what old relics could be rolling by in a train, maybe even a Hobo. Thanks Jack.
