Nice photo and interesting write up. This looks like a shopping place dream for the railfan husband (me) who goes shopping with his wife. The wife can shop and the husband can sit on the park bench and look at the steam locomotive. I like it!

Thank goodness they finally cut down all of the shrubs that had been planted around that locomotive. They had grown up to the point where the bottom half of it was pretty much invisible.
