Mr. Walker I dare say you can tell from this angle! If you look on the engineers side, just under the windshield wiper on the far left of the photo, you can make out the small window on the back of the cab. A full car body unit wouldn’t have a window there, so you can tell. Full disclosure, I’ve never seen one of these in person, and this conclusion was deduced after 5 minutes of exhaustive research, so I could be wrong.

Yes, there are windows behind the engineer and conductor, and being a "Draper Taper," these locomotives had full-width bodies EXCEPT right behind the cab. This taper was to allow some view from the cab toward the train's rear, but there were no walkways on the sides of the diesels, as crews passed through inside the wide hood.
