Looks Like EOT to Me . Are these ex SP or Rio Grande Units ? I see evidence of an old Light Package reminiscent of SP / Grande Power

Looks like this locomotive was built as SSW (Cotton Belt) GP40-2 #7262 but has been de-rated.
