I was curious so I looked it up. From wikipedia: "In August 2018, CSX Transportation ordered 10 SD70ACe-T4's, of which all have now been delivered. They are classified by CSX as ST70AH. In July 2023, however, CSX Transportation has sidelined their ST70AH locomotives due to the leasing agreement being expired. All 10 have been taken back to PRLX and more than likely will be used as parts." These are tier IV, surpprised PRL couldn't sell them at a discount.
